Deductible Buy-back Insurance

We are now pleased to offer the Deductible Buy-back insurance for Condominiums and other commercial properties.

 

This insurance coverage is designed for those who have been imposed a high deductible by their property insurer and finds it too onerous to manage. This policy will hopefully help by alleviating this situation.

 

An example would be for the syndicate of a condominium building, where the insurer has imposed to the syndicate a high deductible for water damage, sewer back up and possibly other risks. This proposed coverage will help and may avoid the syndicate from making onerous arrangements to cover a "void".
